The Ukrainian Institute for the Future is an independent think tank that forecasts changes in the country and the world and models possible scenarios. UIF experts formulate practical recommendations for the government in the form of reports, policy briefs, draft laws, etc. 

One of our main achievements is the Strategy of Ukraine until 2030 and the book “Vision of Ukraine 2030”, which describes our vision of the future of Ukraine.

UIF is a joint project of Ukrainian business, politics, and the public sector. It was founded in the summer of 2016 by Igor Liski, Anton Gerashchenko, Yuriy Romanenko, Taras Berezovets, Oleksiy Skrypnyk, and Anatoliy Amelin. The UIF is not a grant-making organization and has been sponsored primarily by small and medium-sized businesses since its inception.

UIF\'s mission is to ensure a successful future for Ukraine. We project the future of our country through expert research, discussions, and work on the country\'s Economic Strategy until 2030. The professional analysis and recommendations of the Institute\'s experts stimulate the adoption of high-quality political decisions in both Ukrainian and international politics. The results of the UIF experts\' work should help Ukrainians to form their opinions independently, analyze the situation in depth and think critically.

Our experts are professionals in their field. They have extensive experience in their field and a wealth of knowledge and skills. Each expert is interviewed and proves that they are worthy of being part of our team!

Debates of the Future is a project of the UIF organized in accordance with the best international practice of holding discussion forums in the style of the Oxford Club. UIF acts as an independent platform for debate on important topics. The project aims to raise awareness of Ukrainian citizens about the most important economic, political, and social issues in the country and to create a culture of constructive and reasoned debate.

Ukraine\'s Talent Pool is an educational and awareness-raising project designed to mobilize, train, and unite those who care about the future of our country in order to prepare a professional team willing and able to implement reforms in civil service and political positions, as well as to form a community of the new elite of the Policy & Politics sector and show how strong and successful people can be when they unite.
