Project manager: Vitaliy Khromets is a Doctor of Philosophy, coordinator of the initiative group Other Education, and author of a series of books on global pedagogical thought.
He has worked in subcommittees of the Verkhovna Rada and the Ministry of Education and Science, contributing to improving state educational policy. With extensive experience in higher education, he has progressed from assistant to professor. He has also held various managerial positions, including deputy dean and university rector.
