Last week, everyone discussed the decision of the High Council of Justice on submission to the President of Ukraine a proposal on the appointing judges to the Supreme Court.

However, few people noticed that without the adoption of appropriate changes to the procedural codes (where the Supreme Court of Ukraine still has powers and is legally another authority than the Supreme Court) the new higher court cannot start to work.
