Explosions in warehouses in Kalynivka: “who is to blame?” and “what to do?”

The latest explosions again at army arsenals in one day became a reason for active discussion in the media and loud political statements. The people demand to find the guilty persons and, of course, the “public flogging”. Fair indignation and fair demands, however, I dare say that it will not bring us not a jot to solve the problem that has become systemic.
