Viktor Andrusiv

Executive Director of the Ukrainian Institute of the Future (UIF)

Social activist, candidate of political science, analyst and publicist, author of “Change the Future”.

Prior to joining the Institute, he held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Donetsk Military-Civil Administration for Humanitarian Affairs (July 2015 – February 2016).

He participated in the development of various NGOs and the implementation of projects such as the New Citizen Partnership, the Ukrainian Independent Center for Policy Studies. He has been involved in the development of a number of draft laws, including “On Access to Public Information” and “On Public Associations”.

Contributes to leading Ukrainian publications.
