Six steps to Ukrainian Energy Independence

The energy strategy of Ukraine must accurately answer the questions:

What are the target indicators to be achieved in 5-10-15-20 years in each of the sub-segment (coal, gas, oil, electric power)?

How can Ukraine be self-sufficient in energy resources within 5-10 years?

What steps need to be taken for this, in what terms and stages?

What investment resource is needed to achieve energy independence, which will become a source of investment?

Which government institutions are responsible for implementation of the Strategy, who and how will control the fulfillment of key performance indicators?
