Reform of parking system

The experts of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future joined a working group that is developing a draft bill for a parking system reform

The explanatory note to the bill defines the need for the adoption of the legislation:

“Analysis of the existing state of the system of parking of vehicles in Ukraine shows that organizational, legal and financial conditions for the functioning of the system do not meet either the needs of road users or the requirements of the population, or the European standards in this area.
