Peacekeepers from Belarus in Donbas: are there such and why does Minsk need it?

Minsk has formal opportunities to apply for participation in the mission (if such will be); we should dwell on the question in more detail. At least, to answer the questions “Why does Minsk need it?”, “Can Belarus send a contingent – are there the “peacekeepers”? And, finally, whether it is necessary for Ukraine.
