Nekrasov about Russian banks “in the Black Hole”: this is a time bomb

At request of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future, Russian economist Dmitry Nekrasov commented on the rumors about the so-called Black Hole, where the Russian banks are deep in, according to International Analytical Center S&P Global Ratings.
