How will the bill “On inland waterway transport” affect the economy of Ukraine and the agrarians

Agribusiness in Ukraine is out of breath because of inefficient transport infrastructure. In particular, the roads in the south of Ukraine can not withstand the load, there is not enough rolling stock for transportation by rail, there is not enough river tonnage of the fleet for transportations along the river.

Agribusiness needs optimization of traffic flows and a cheaper mode of transport, namely river transport, which is potentially more economical and competitive in comparison with other modes of transport. But, there is a problem: nobody has been doing this for the last 26 years.
