How should Ukraine show itself to the investor

Ukraine is a country dependent on the import of energy resources, provided that we have the same resources. We conducted a study in the Ukrainian Institute for the Future (UIF), that showed that in 5 years with an investment of 20 billion dollars, Ukraine could become completely energy independent, moreover, could start exporting energy resources.
