Gerashchenko presented the Horbulin’s book, translated by UIF, to PACE (video)

The Ukrainian Institute for the Future (UIF) presented Volodymyr Horbulin’s book “The World Hybrid War”, which was translated with the assistance of the UIF into English, to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE).
