Cars with foreign registration – between needs and legitimacy

Today, throughout Ukraine there are protests of the actual owners of cars with foreign registration, who have a number of demands regarding the immediate improvement of life of all Ukrainians. In particular, they demand an affordable customs clearance for every Ukrainian; cancellation of Euro-5 restrictions; cancellation of restrictions on the resale of imported cars, etc.

However, the main question is, of course, about the legitimacy of using such cars with foreign registration in Ukraine.
