Development of Ukrainian out of school learning must begin with bringing together the state bodies and the public. Changes will not happen without that.

This was discussed during a panel discussion on the development of out-of-school education and upbringing during the August conference, one of the panels of which (upbringing and out-of-school education) was moderated by the expert of the programme “Education” of the analytical center the Ukrainian Institute for the Future Мykola Skyba.
