3. The Minsk agreements are designed to return Donbass to Ukraine. They say: “Donbass is Ukraine!”. Yes. You can check it out.
4. The so-called LPR and DPR are allegedly trying to implement The Minsk agreements. That is, they allegedly go to Ukraine!

At the same time, the war continues. That is, if you believe the statements of all parties, it turns out that “DPR” and “LPR” are fighting with the Armed Forces of Ukraine for the right to “return” to Ukraine. The theater of the absurd, no less.
