The Kremlin needs local elections in the terroristic “L/DPR” to introduce more loyal persons into the structures of the self-proclaimed republics, and they will not cancel the”Minsk agreements”.

The Kremlin needs local elections in the “L/DPR” for two main reasons. The first is a change of executive officials in the structure of pseudo-republics. As evidence of this, the analyst noted that all the “popular” leaders, who started the war in 2014, are already either removed from office, or they are no longer alive.

The second reason for the “elections” scheduled for November 11 according to Ihar Tyshkevich is the need to reformat the “parliaments” of the republics and bring new, more loyal personnel to them.
