Forecast 2018: the next year is decisive for education

According to the results of the pilot monitoring of the state of education in the sphere of human rights and the observance of the principles of human rights in the teaching and educational process in schools, conducted by the Ukrainian Helsinki Human Rights Union, 22% of interrogated pupils say that teachers periodically humiliate them before the whole class. Whereas, the thesis that a child should be an equal partner for the teacher, and not a subordinate, has received the highest support among those who are positive about the reforms, according to the survey “Five government reforms: how to get public support”, performed by the Center for Economic Strategies.
