Volodymyr Shulmeister

Director of the Infrastructure of the Future Program at the analytical center Ukrainian Institute for the Future.

Ukrainian top executive and political figure. Former First Deputy Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

By education, he is a mechanical engineer. In 1992, he graduated from the Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding.

From 1993 to 1997, he studied at Delft University of Technology (the Netherlands), where he earned a PhD degree. He defended his doctoral dissertation entitled “Modeling of Mechanical Properties of Low-Density Foam Materials.”

He is a co-author of a patent for an invention titled “Engine.”
