Associate Expert at the Ukrainian Institute for the Future (UIF). Doctor of Philosophical Sciences, Coordinator of the initiative group “Inaksha Osvita” (Alternative Education), author of a series of books on global pedagogical thought.

Expert in education policy and higher education reform. Has worked in subcommittees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science, contributing to the development and improvement of state education policy. Brings extensive academic and managerial experience in higher education institutions, including roles from assistant to professor, as well as senior leadership positions such as Vice Dean and University Rector.
