Doctor of Science in Public Administration, Professor. Has over 20 years of professional experience in public administration, economic security, public governance, and innovative education.

Previously worked within the system of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, served as Vice-Rector for Research, and later as Rector of the University of Future Transformation. Currently, Professor at the Hryhorii Skovoroda University in Pereiaslav.

Author of more than 200 academic publications, including 7 monographs and 4 textbooks. Holds five copyright certificates for scholarly works focused on national and information security.
