Head of the Energy Program

Doctor of Economics, Head of Energy Programs at the Ukrainian Institute for the Future, Senior Research Fellow at the Kennan Institute (Washington, DC, USA). His research focuses on energy policy and energy security.

He regularly publishes analytical and opinion pieces in Ukraine, Europe, and the United States, tracking developments in Ukraine’s energy sector and broader transformations in the country. His work includes assessments of energy policy, analysis of European energy markets, the impact of sanctions on Russia’s energy sector, and prospects for changes in the energy sectors of Europe and globally. He is the author and co-author of several monographs published in Ukraine and abroad, including in the United States.

He has received several international fellowships and completed multiple research fellowships and internships, including in the United States.
