Experience includes operational management, implementation of social and educational projects, financial oversight, and cross-sector cooperation with public authorities, local communities, and civil society organizations.

Project Lead of NEXUS: A Network of Change – Systemic Solutions for Ukraine’s Social Resilience, coordinating interagency cooperation and the implementation of unified crisis-response algorithms at the community level.
