It’s no secret that Ukraine is a country with energy dependence. We import gas, oil, petroleum products, nuclear fuel, and even coal. The most high-profile scandals are associated with the energy resources, but same are the largest in Ukraine funds and assets. Ukraine, having the third largest gas reserves in Europe (924 billion cubic meters) and large reserves of oil and gas condensate (200 million tons), retained the dependence on energy imports.
