How can Ukraine stop the economic slowdown: the horizon of the next 25 years

There are no reasons for optimism in Ukraine today, says Anatoliy Amelin, an expert of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future. However, the expert is sure that we have a chance to stop the slowdown. To that effect, it is necessary to adopt a development strategy, create a system of justice, change state regulation and tax policy, improve foreign policy and finally deregulate state service.
