– Yes, I can say that this is more than real, but it is not enough. If we take into account the fact that since 2008 we lost more than half of the economy, then with the growth rate of 2-4% per year we will never be able to restore the previous level.

– What can these 4% mean for ordinary citizens?

– This means that during this time their salaries will grow by 8-10%, not more.
