Stop parking without rules: will Kyiv be free from traffic jams (video)

At the Ukrainian Institute for the Future, there was held a round table “Stop parking without rules. Reform that will touch every driver.”

During the event, the People’s Deputy of Ukraine, the co-author of the draft law 5364 Anton Gerashchenko, substantiated the need to adopt the bill, recalling the lynching of the driver in Kyiv, who incorrectly left the car in the city center.
