Five reasons for rapid change of power in Ukraine

Director of Economic Programs of the Ukrainian Institute for the Future in his blog on Facebook called 5 reasons for the change of power in Ukraine.

 1. The state system did not become a system even three years after the Maidan. 2. The President imagined himself to be a king in the Parliamentary-Presidential Republic. 3. The first persons of the country became jesters. 4. The reforms are over. 5. There is no economic growth.
