How Ukraine took a heavy economic toll on its friends

Just before the New Year, when the whole country has already started to celebrate the “New Year holidays”, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was working and adopted a Decree No. 1045 on introducing changes to the list of countries, the business transactions with whom can be recognized as “controlled.” The document was adopted on December 27, 2017, and it came into operation on January 01, 2018. That means that there was left 4 days for the reaction of business. This fact, as well as the list of countries, deemed to be our foreign policy partners, can lead to an unpleasant conversation (if not an exchange of notes) with the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
