On January 29, the US Department of Treasury submitted to the Congress a “Kremlin dossier”, in the list of which there are 210 names. The US, however, will not do any specific steps yet.
The USA and Europe do not benefit from the collapse of Russia. This can lead to uncontrolled consequences.
