A horrible end or a horror without an end

Any analyst, who is studying Russian politics, has to train himself to understand the truth about the absence of limits of ethical and moral evil, to which the Russian regime is capable. Emotions do not help to see patterns, deform facts and bring any valid opinions to propaganda. But there are certain moments when even an imaginary bottom breaks through and we can look into the abyss. The fire in Kemerovo became such a moment.
