Privatization of enterprises in Ukraine: the risks and advantages of the process

At the beginning of May 2018, the Government Committee approved the list of enterprises subject to privatization. The sale of state property – is an integral part of the market economy, which determines the initial accumulation of capital.

The first wave of privatization in Ukraine took place in the mid-1990s. However, this process is still incomplete.

Today, there is a gradual privatization of state objects, the sale of which should enrich the state budget.
