The withdrawal of Ukrtranssbyt from the shadow will bring Ukraine 2-3 million Euros per year

10 million Euros – is the shadow market of international permits of Ukrtranssbyt concerning the transportation of goods by road. There are the following consequences:

• increase in the costs of carriers;

• impeding economic growth;

• reputational and image risks of Ukraine as an unreliable international partner.
