The anti-state is when making side deals, canceling deals, rolling back, “solving” is ten times easier, than giving a try to live in an honest way. When the entire infrastructure is made for stealing and evading taxes, and there is no infrastructure for running a business or managing it in a normal way. Ukraine in this regard is simply a benchmark for anti-statehood. We have been building an anti-state for 27 years. I must say that we have succeeded in this.
