The world market of video games in 2019, according to a specialized analytical company Newzoo, is estimated at 148.1 billion USD and is growing at breakneck speed: in 2021 this area will be estimated at 174 billion dollars. Today, foreign countries earn a lot of money in this industry and create their own prestige, in no small part by using Ukrainian brains. And the question of Ukraine’s accession to the global information race is a question of the state’s ability to stimulate favorable conditions for the growth of promising sectors of the economy and to be consistent with the new times.
